Hi everyone! I’m Dr. Asif Iqbal looking for Post Doc postion in Biological Wastewater Treatment through UASB Anammox Microbial Fuel Cells.

I did PhD Microbiology from the Department of Microbiology, Hazara University, Pakistan in November 2025. My research primarily focuses on environmental microbiology, particularly on the treatment of wastewater and bioelectricity production through advanced bio-electrochemical (UASB-ANAMMOX-Microbial Fuel Cells MFCs) systems. My work involves innovative approaches to nitrogen removal and Bioenergy production from wastewater, contributing significantly to the field of environmental Bioengineering.
I have extensive teaching and research experience in microbiology, biotechnology, and environmental sciences. I am passionate about developing sustainable solutions for nitrogen removal and bioenergy generation from wastewater, contributing to the field of environmental bioengineering.
